Biography

Dr. Francisco Otero-Cagide received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City in 1975. He completed his graduate diploma program in Periodontics at the University of Toronto in 1978. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology since 2006.

Dr. Otero-Cagide joined the College of Dentistry, University of Saskatchewan in 1992.

Research interests

Periodontal regeneration and wound healing.
