Dr. Mark Berscheid obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007. After working in the oil and gas industry for one year he decided to pursue dentistry. In 2011 he obtained his DMD from the University of Saskatchewan. He worked as a general practitioner in Saskatoon for 2 years before enrolling in a 3 year hospital residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Manitoba. In 2016 he received a Masters of Dentistry from the UofM for completing his masters thesis which involved using micro-computed tomography for analyzing accessory canals in the furcation region of primary molars. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
