College of Dentistry

Dr. Mark Berscheid obtained his DMD from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011. He worked as a general practitioner in Saskatoon for two years before enrolling in a three-year hospital residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Manitoba. In 2016 he received a Masters of Dentistry from the U of M for his masters thesis on using micro-computed tomography for analyzing accessory canals in the furcation region of primary molars. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

His initial degree was a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007, and he worked in the oil and gas industry for one year before deciding to pursue dentistry.
