Dr. Mohammadjavad Shiranifaradonbeh holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in Dentistry and a Specialty degree in Prosthodontics from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Before relocating to Canada in 2023, Dr. Shirani served as a Clinical Trial Manager at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in Iran. Additionally, he contributed to the academic community as an Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics at Lorestan University of Medical Sciences, enhancing his expertise in prosthodontics.

Motivated by his dedication to excellence in dentistry, Javad embarked on a new career chapter upon arriving in Canada. He currently holds the position of Group Practice Leader at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Dentistry, where he shares his extensive knowledge and passion for dentistry with dental students. As a Lecturer, he is committed to providing high-quality education by promoting active participation, fostering engagement, and stimulating critical thinking among his students.

Dr. Shirani's research interests revolve around recent dental materials, digital dentistry, and exploring the relationship between oral health and overall quality of life. With an academic research background, including an impressive h-index of 11, he possesses expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and proficiency in statistical software. Furthermore, he has successfully conducted numerous clinical trials, systematic reviews, and various research projects. Currently, his primary focus is on conducting meta-analysis studies within the field of Dentistry, with a particular emphasis on Prosthodontics.

His passion for prosthodontics culminated in his innovative work on the development of a novel posterior teeth set-up for complete dentures, known as Buccalized Occlusion. As an undergraduate student, he conducted three Randomized Clinical Trials to validate his concept. Throughout his postgraduate years, Dr. Shirani actively engaged in research projects exploring advancements in dental materials, particularly ceramics and dental implants, providing valuable insights into the field of optical properties in dentistry. Following the completion of his dental degree with distinction, Javad embarked on a journey to gain comprehensive clinical experience in Prosthodontics.
