Dr. Walter Yim DDS, MDes

Dr. Walter Yim was born in South Korea and grew up in Toronto from age five. He graduated from the DDS program at The University of Toronto in 1988. He has more than 35 years of dentistry experience in his private practice in Toronto. His career has included being a clinical instructor at his alma mater's Faculty of Dentistry for 12 years and leading the executive of The Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club.

In 2022 he graduated with a Masters in Healthcare Design from OCAD University, winning the GradEx Medal for his program. His interests are in design thinking, knowledge exchange, woodworking, playing tennis and the natural environment of Saskatchewan.
